Unfortunately, no matter how good your brand protection strategy, sooner or later, your brand may need to take enforcement action.
With a range of enforcement mechanisms available (and 2014 will see a new one in the form of ICANN’s Uniform Rapid Suspension), it pays to know your options. A great resource is the recently published Online Brand Enforcement 2014 by World Trademark Review.
